10. Breast Ripper
9. Impalement
If you were given the sentence of impalement you would be sat on a very sharp pole which was placed upright allowing you to slide down it. The pole would pierce your anus, abdomen and occasionally it would tear through the breast plate. The tip of the pole could lodge under the chin so you could slide no more. It could take anywhere between 1 to 3 days for the person to die.

8. The Breaking Wheel
The victim gets tied to a wooden wheel, which would then be turned. The torturer would shatter the victims joints and limbs with a club or iron hammer. They would then be left to die on the wheel. Sometimes the wheel would be put on a pole so birds could eat the victim’s flesh. Normally taking 2 to 3 days for the person to die.

7. Saw Torture
Saw torture was very simple. The victim would be hung upside down and the torturers would have a two man saw cutting the victim in half, but most were only sawn as far down as the abdomen to extend the agony. Death came in hours.
6. Knee SplitterThe knee splitter was made to destroy the knees and other joints. They turned the handle and sharp tips destroyed and disfigured the victim’s knees. It didn't cause death just pain and disfigurement.

5. Judas Cradle
The anus or vagina of the victim was placed over the point of the cradle, the victim was then lowered onto it with ropes which stretches the orifice over hours or even days. Occasionally, depending on the crime, they would put weights on the victim’s ankles. The cradle wasn't washed so the victim could catch dreadful infections.

3. Head Crusher
The victim’s head would be placed between the bar at the bottom of the head crusher and the cap at the top. The torturer would turn the screw to press the bar and cap together, which would compress the skull causing the victims teeth to shatter. The compression would go on for hours ending with the eyeballs popping out of their sockets.
